Little gifts from Tit and Pie, our ducks, they shed them as they preen. These are mostly Pie's (lighter in colour) Tit saves most of her's to line her nest (the little downy ones at least).

DeleteAm doing a search on your blog to find the Tit story to send to a friend who has a duck nesting in his garden and I just saw this post - beautiful! I love it - I really think you should be making some of your garden mood boards and images like this into prints.
