At the end of June I scoured the garden for flowers and foliage to create this moodboard. I took the camera with me, I like to record the garden every now and then, we work so hard in it and it's nice to look back at the changes we've made, the plants we've planted, what has flourished and what has not.
Do you remember that rhyme? Round and round the garden like a teddy bear, one step, two step tickle you under there. My nan used to say it to me, drawing circles with her finger around my palm, before tickling me under the arm!
How lovely to find this garden today. I have just picked my first handful of soft fruits, still lingering in my tastebuds! I do so love those poppies. Would you mind saying what sort they are, as I adore poppies and would love those colours here!

Hi Deborah, I've no idea what the poppies are I'm afraid they just appeared when we moved here and dug the soil, as if my magic. The neighbours thought we planted them but we didn't. I let them seed again every year I love them so much. I could always pop some seeds in the post to you if you wanted to email me your address.
