success









This weekend felt like a success. You know the kind were everything is just kind of nice? No grumpiness, no stress, just good food, good fun and some jobs done. We didn't need to venture far, just a little way in the car. We gathered some tasty ingredients, some nice toot, some plants and some food for Tit. Everything we needed for a relaxed weekend at home, cooking, gardening, eating, and enjoying the company of one another, a cat and a duck.

    ooo yeah I love weekends like that. They seem few and far between... at least one of us has the grumps! Love that plant... x

      We found a lovely little plant stall with honesty box. I got that plant, and another couple I've had on my wishlist for ages, plus 10 lovely hand thrown clay pots. Things like that make the weekend perfect for me : )

    Sounds beautiful, so relaxing. Is that garlic from your garden? Jealous! We use it in almost every meal x

      Hi Gemma, I bought the garlic at the car boot sale actually from a lovely couple along with some rhubarb. Though we are growing our own for the first time, so can't wait to try ours!
